Hebert brings decades of respected government and community service performance to the expanding team at Athena Partners Strategy Group
Anaheim, CA – August 02, 2021- Athena Partners Strategy Group LLC (APSG), known for its formidable network of industry partners welcomes Kathryn Hebert to the team. Kathryn’s experience in parking, transportation, and mobility brings a unique perspective to our industry.
Kathryn is driven to create a
better future through community-based solutions, advocacy, and connected technology. She is a strategic visionary and a thought leader whose strength lies in creating partnerships from public, private and nonprofit sectors for the betterment of communities.
Hebert has been instrumental in the resurgence of several communities by enhancing economic development. Pivotal changes have been made possible by her reimagining transportation, parking, mobility, and all supporting components. Accomplished crucial break-throughs in the integrating of green technologies, art, and cultural assets.
Beyond her experience in managing the business of government, enlisting resources, developing talent, and partnering with key stakeholders she has been striving to find realistic solutions for the benefits of both business and community needs to maintain a balance between political realities and policy direction.
Kathryn recently retired from a 33-year career with the City of Norwalk, CT having held several senior positions which included the first Director of Transportation, Mobility and Parking, first Director of the Parking Authority Administrative Services Manager, and Assistant Budget Director. She was instrumental in the creation and ongoing success of the Transportation, Mobility and Parking Department and in the development and success of the Parking Authority organization overseeing the evolution of this unique Municipal Enterprise Organization since 2002. Previously, she had been the Asset Manager for the City and County of Denver, CO.
Hebert is an elected member of International Parking and Mobility Institute Board of Directors, Immediate Past President of the New England Parking Council, and Immediate Past Chairman of the Community Development Executive Committee of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce. She also served on the Board of Directors with the Women in Parking Association and on the Norwalk Arts Commission.
Kathryn founded TPMConnect, a small consulting company to continue her passion to provide collaborative solutions and value propositions to improve communities.
